Returns Policies
At FOUNDATION, we take great pride in the quality of our activewear and custom gym/fight kit designs. Our print-to-order process ensures that every item is made specifically for you, but due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. Custom Items
For custom items, including any personalized gym wear or fight kit, all decisions made during the design process will be finalised and signed off in a client agreement before printing begins. Once you approve the design and we proceed with production, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
PRDX Digital and our manufacturers are not liable or responsible for any mistakes made during the design approval process. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your design.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if valid, we will replace the faulty item at no extra charge or provide a full refund.

Supplier Returns Policies
We work with two trusted print-on-demand suppliers, Inkthreable and Printful, to fulfil orders. Below are their returns policies:
Inkthreable Returns Policy
- Inkthreable offers returns for faulty or damaged items only.
- To be eligible for a return, you must notify them within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- If the product is deemed faulty, they will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Printful Returns Policy
- Printful provides a 30-day return window for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.
- Personalized and custom items are only eligible for returns if the product is faulty or if there was an error in the printing process.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we begin the print-on-demand process immediately, and cancellations can only be accepted within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot cancel or modify orders as production will have started.

FOUNDATION Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from FOUNDATION, you agree to the following terms:
- Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review all details in this email carefully. If there are any issues, please contact us within 24 hours to resolve them. - Custom Products:
All custom designs, including personalized gym wear and fight kit, will go through a client approval process. A design agreement will be signed prior to production, confirming your approval. After approval, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications. - Production Process:
All items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners: Inkthreable and Printful. This means we do not carry stock, and each item is printed and shipped specifically for your order. - Refunds & Returns:
Due to the bespoke nature of custom products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy above for more details. - Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours of order placement, before production begins. Once the production process has started, cancellations cannot be processed.

- Total Estimated Time: 4–9 business days (from order confirmation to delivery)
- International Orders:
- Production Time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping Time: 5–10 business days after production (depending on location)
- Total Estimated Time: 7–15 business days (from order confirmation to delivery)

Printful Delivery Times (Premium/Custom Items)
Printful is another of our trusted suppliers, and they have the following delivery timeframes:

- International Orders:
- Production Time: 2–5 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from either Inkthreable or Printful, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the package has been shipped.
